when I start a canvas, I have no preconceived thoughts or idea, but when I activate my canvas through a simple line, colour texture or a splash of colour, I get carried away with immersive layers of colours and shades which leads me to continue the process and my subconscious mind takes me through the journey of the canvas. I work in many layers and these layers are the essence and flavour of my art. I articulate my art process as journey where layers play the role of destination. Each layer of colours connects to a new destination of the journey.
